Baltic Event on EU Enlargement 2024: Policy Recommendations

Baltic Initiative on European Reform is pleased to share the outcome of its first Baltic Event on EU Enlargement, held in May 2024 in Riga. For a whole day, more than 80 civil society representatives, experts, civil servants, diplomats and MEPs from the Baltic States have contributed to a lively discussion of the role of the Baltic States in the future of EU enlargement.

Three working groups – on Geopolitics, Economy and the Rule of Law – have developed joint recommendations for Baltic and European policy makers – see attached PDF.
